Fireworks 8

Fireworks 8 is a outstanding Macromedia program for making great graphics. If you need to make internet graphics or logos or buttons for your website, Fireworks work great for all those things. Is Photoshop better then Fireworks? Well the answer is yes and no. Photoshop is more powerful and can do more, but it is really hard to use. If you know what you are doing then it's great but Fireworks is a lot easier to use. The only down side to Fireworks is its price, it is $299 dollars. That is expensive, but it is a very powerful program. I would highly recommend getting it if you want to get into graphic design or need to create website graphics/buttons. It really is a great program to work with. I would give it a 5/5 but it is just really expensive, if you are a professional then price really would not matter, but for the average Joe this program just too much.
