Keyboard for PC and TV

"The company's hardware division today is unveiling what it calls the Remote Keyboard, designed for use with computers running Microsoft's Windows XP Media Center Edition software. The wireless keyboard, with remote-control buttons in addition to traditional computer keys, is meant to be used while leaning back in the living room.

The hybrid keyboard addresses the fact that Media Center PCs can be used not only for watching television and other media but also for computer tasks, such as instant messaging. Such tasks can be frustrating to attempt with a traditional TV remote control, and awkward with a regular keyboard in the living room."

This sound like it could be useful. The only problem I see with useing the computer on your TV is that I will be on the computer and someone else will want to watch TV. So I think it is easier to keep them seperate. But it would be nice to play games on my 46 in. widescreen TV with surrond sound. Oh Well!
