Microsoft's Next Generation OS "Longhorn"

Microsoft's next gen operating system Longhorn will embrace RSS (Real Simply Syndication) with functionality deeply embedded in the platform. Microsoft said, "Longhorn will include both a common data store and a common synching engine to make it easier for developers to build RSS-enabled applications for the platform."

"We're doing the work at the platform level, so application developers can get really creative," said Kidd.

I am really excited about Mircosoft's new OS Longhorn. XP had a lot of flaws. Hopefully this OS will be really good. I don't know a lot about RSS but is sounds like it will allow developers to make some really creative and god programs.

Well we will have to wait and see what the Longhorn can do when it comes out later.
